HIPS
From 10th September, all homes in England and Wales with 3 or more bedrooms will need a Home Information Pack (HIP), which includes a home energy rating. The Pack includes an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), containing advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills. Also included are documents such as a sale statement, searches and evidence of title
With this in mind VLM have created their 'HIP +' solution. 'HIP +' will enable Pack Provider companies a seamless solution for the procurement of printed HIPs.
